Daily is another premium-like Free WordPress theme created byA (AJ Clarke a€“ owner of WPExplorer.com).

The idea behind Daily was to create a theme that would be great for every-day bloggers. The focus is on speed, seo and content.A Most of the design is CSS-based so there arena€™t a lot of images to load and I tried to keep the code at a minimal while still being well documented.

Featured Slider

Daily comes with NivoSlider integrated on the homepage, which is a great way to showcase some of your best posts. And the slider can be easily controlled via the theme panel a€“ you can change the transition effects, speed, category to choose from and more.

Post Thumbnails

Daily makes use of the latest WP 3.0 featured image capability so adding images to your theme is REALLY easy. Just go to your post editor and click on the a€œfeatured imagea€ link on the right side under the a€œPost Tagsa€ section.

WP 3.0 Drag-And-Drop menu

The Daily WP Theme also makes use of the latest WP 3.0+ drag-and-drop menu system so you can easily add links to your menu bar. To edit go to Appearance a€“>Menu.

And you can create an unlimited amount of drop-down links.

Powerful Theme Panel

Daily has a powerful theme panel that will allow you to customize all the main elements of the theme. This way you can make a lot of customizations without touching any of the code.

Optional Latest Posts Section With Thumbnails

Daily also comes with a cool a€œlatest postsa€ section at the bottom that is great for increasing page-views on the site and directing traffic to your latest blog posts. This section can be turned off via the theme panel.

Black & Blue Versions

You can choose between either the blue or black version of this theme via the theme panel.

WorldPress Theme Instructions:

Download the Theme zip file to your local machine.
In cPanel File Manager, navigate to your Themes folder. If you have WordPress installed in it's own folder called WordPress , you would navigate to "public_html/wordpress/wp-content/themes" and if WordPress is installed in your web-root folder you would navigate to "public_html/wp-content/themes".
Once you've navigated to the Themes folder in cPanel File Manager, click on Upload file(s) and upload that zip file you saved in Step 1.
Once the zip file is uploaded, click on the zip file name in cPanel, then in the panel to the right, click on Extract File Contents, and that zip file will be uncompressed.
Follow the instructions below for selecting the new Theme.
